Announcements for FY01 Panel

The WIA Committee will have one panel in the next convention in Denver(June 26 - June 30, 2001). The schedule is: 

WIA Committee Panel   "Interviewing for Academic Jobs"

    Moderator:           Elena McDonald-Buller, Ph.D., Research Associate Center for 
                                Energy and Enviromental Resources, University of Texas, Austin 
    Date and Time:     Friday, June 29, 2001   &   3:00 - 5:00 p.m. 
    Place:                   SWE Convention, Denver, CO 

Panel Description: 
Join women faculty and administrators from throughout the United States for a discussion on developing a curriculum vitae and interviewing for academic positions. All intersted conference participants, and most especially graduate students, are encouraged to attend. 
-Dr. Joann Silverstein, Professor of Civil Engineering (Professor at University of Colorado and SWE Distinguished Engineering Educator Award Winner for 2000)
-Dr. Michael Clauss (Associative Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the Grover City college in Grover city, Pennsylvania)
-Dr. Corinne Lengsfeld (Assistant Professor of Mechanical engineering at the University of Denver)
-Dr. Shelly Miller (Assistant Professor of Mechanical engineering at the University of Colorado)
